After a long hard kickboxing class yesterday, my body went “ouch” and asked me why I did mean, cruel things to it. I replied with a relaxing movie on the couch (with lots of cuddles in between), an interlude of James reading aloud “What’s your poo telling you?” (with lots of giggles in between) and a cup of tea…
This is my favorite relax drink
(aside from my “calm” tea…)
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon honey
2 drops vanilla extract
1 pinch cinnamon
Heat milk in microwave safe mug
Cook on high til milk is hot and starts to foam
Stir in honey and vanilla and sprinkle with cinnamon
